All orders under 2kg (4.4 pounds) are sent as Air Mail Small Parcels by Hong Kong Post or Singapore Post:

We send normal orders (under 2kg) by Hong Kong Post or Singapore Post, who deliver them world-wide through other national postal systems. As part of our sales program, we pay the Registered Air Mail shipping on all single piece orders. which means they are shipped as Registered Mail, so delivery signatures are required. This gives you proof of shipment and proof of delivery that is needed with orders sent to different addresses than the billing address.

Throughout this website you will see quantity pricing mentioning Free Shipping. That term applies to quantities with a combined weight of 2kg or less shipped to the countries below. Shipping to other countries will be done using DHL at their normal rates. We will not ship any orders valued at $30 or above without Delivery Confirmation / Signature Required services.

There are some areas that DHL considers Remote Areas and charges a surcharge of $25. In these cases, we will switch to EMS for shipping and let you know of the situation. We may also ask you for a additional payment, depending on our cost, but it will be less than the $25 you would have to pay for DHL remote service.

Delivery times:

All orders are processed through our Distribution Center and are handled in the order they are entered into the system. One item, or 1,000, they go through the same process. You definitely get "factory fresh" products. Normal "turn-around time" is 1 to 3 working days. Due to time zones, it is always "tomorrow" when your order arrives at our Distribution Center.

All items are kept on hand and usually ship the same day our Distribution Center receives the order. This is normally the first working day after you place the order. We do Quality Check all electronics before shipping, which can sometimes cause a delay of a day in getting the order shipped. Virtually all items are on their way by the second business day after ordering.

There are times we will get a "Send me all you've got" type order. When we get an order of this type, we do send all we have, naturally leaving our shelf empty of that item. However our proximity to and favored relationship with the factories allows us to have fresh goods back in stock within a day or two, so we are virtually "never out."

Actual delivery by Hong Kong Post or Singapore Post will take a week or longer. Sometimes less, but we would rather surprise you with early delivery than incur your wrath over missing the timetable. We suggest you expect 2 weeks delivery, with the normal time being 10 to 12 days. We do this to keep your costs low. A bit longer delivery cycle, a lot better cost. The actual terms of these postal carriers is 14 business days, but we suggest expecting 2 weeks for round numbers.

Exceptions - There are 2 major holidays in China, where they literally close down everything for a week or longer. One in the late winter and one in the early fall.

Please do not start inquiring about shipments prior to 2 weeks from date of order. We are able to offer our products at such a low price because of the shipping method we use. A bit slower, much less costly.

"Small Bulk" and Bulk Orders are sent via DHL:

Orders of quantities of goods are sent by DHL or other couriers. Our air mail arrangements are for small parcels up to 2kg (4.4 pounds) in weight. We do have "Quantity Breaks" of a couple of percent on bulk orders, which will go by DHL or other courier. Actual shipping time is 2 to 3  days.

Cost for delivery, including Delivery Confirmation, by Hong Kong Post or Singapore Post to the countries listed above is included in price calculations. This gives you proof of shipment and delivery.

Orders are accepted and filled with the understanding that title to the goods is passed to you upon us turning the shipment over to the carrier. We accept no liability regarding products not arriving at their final destination for any reason other than our failure to turn them over to the proper carrier.

All shipments FOB Shenzhen, China:

It is our responsibility to turn over the packages to the pick-up driver in Shenzhen, China. At that point the title to the goods transfers to you, the buyer. In case of a claim, we will assist you from our end, but the ultimate responsibility is yours.

We can also arrange insurance on your shipment, if you desire.

VAT, GST, Duties and Customs Fees:

Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country - and about the legalities of importing goods into your country per se. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred.

Our prices do not include any taxes or other fees that may be levied by the country of delivery. We try and give an idea of what can be expected in various countries, but since many of these charges are randomly applied, there is no way we can guarantee what may or may not be charged.

Local Delivery Fees:

Here, also, we can make no guarantees. Many postal systems will add a fee for collecting fees. While they will make a delivery at no extra charge when the imported item is free of any taxes or other fees, the postal service will add a fee of their own for collecting the other fees.

Passing shipments to a third party:

In areas where the local country postal service turns deliveries over to others, we cannot guarantee delivery.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for any import duties requested.

Taxes and Duties:  a not legally binding quick overview

Please understand we just put this here for quick reference. It is to your advantage to know the import laws of your country.

United States:

Most personal shipments worth up to $200, and gift packages worth up to $100, will pass duty‑free as long as the recipient does not receive multiple packages in a single day whose cumulative value is more than these amounts.

Larger orders are subject to fees.

A fee will also be charged by the US Postal Service of collection of any Customs fees.

United Kingdom:

VAT of 17% is due on all imports, but items valued at less than £18 are allowed in VAT free.

Gifts with a value of £38 or less are allowed in VAT free.

Duties may be levied, depending on the class of goods, but no duties will be collected if the total due is less than £7.

The above apply to any one single shipment, not each item. Larger value orders are subject to both VAT and possibly duty.

Royal Mail will charge a fee for collection of any of the above fees and taxes.

Canada:

All mail items are subject to a CDN$5.00 handling fee payable to Canada Post.

Most products that are sent to a Canadian and worth CDN$20 or less are not subject to duties or taxes.

Items sent to a Canadian as a gift by another person must include a card or notice indicating it is a gift. Clearly identified gifts worth CDN$60 or less are not subject to duties or taxes.
